Role Description

We are looking for a proactive Sales and Marketing Intern who can effectively communicate with leads, schedule meetings, send quotations, follow up on payments, and support our digital marketing efforts through social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and messages to qualify leads and schedule meetings.
• Prepare, send, and manage quotations and proposals, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth handover from sales to project delivery.
• Regularly follow up with clients regarding payments and manage relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions and sales activities in CRM/ERP systems.
• Occasionally manage social media posts to support brand visibility and lead generation.

Qualifications:

• Recently completed bachelor's degree in any related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM software (experience with ERPNext is a plus).
• Familiarity with social media platforms for business.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
