Job Description

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include calling and following up with leads generated through ad campaigns, preparing quotations as per client requirements, and maintaining and updating the lead tracking sheet daily. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills in English, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus. You should be organized, efficient with follow-ups, and have a basic understanding of sales or CRM systems (training will be provided). Joining us means being part of a growing ERPNext consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses streamline their operations. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the founder and core team, with potential for growth into a full sales/client success role. This position is open to freshers or individuals with 0-2 years of experience in a similar role. There are no sales targets or cold calling involved; your main focus will be on coordination and support to the sales process.,
