## Role summary

- Coordinate daily activities of the sales team and act as a link between customers, sales, operations, and accounts.

- Prepare and manage enquiries, offers, orders, dispatch documents, and basic MIS in Excel/CRM.

- Follow up with customers on offers, orders, deliveries, and payments, escalating issues to the sales manager when needed.

## Requirements

- Graduate with 2–3 years’ experience in sales coordination/inside sales, preferably in manufacturing or B2B.

- Strong MS Excel and email skills, good communication in English and local language, and high attention to detail.
