Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with international clients through email, calls, and online platforms.
  
• Respond promptly and professionally to website and business inquiries from global clients.
  
• Assist the international sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
  
• Maintain and update client databases, sales reports, and CRM records.
  
• Coordinate shipping, documentation, and logistics for export orders.
  
• Prepare presentations and assist in virtual or on-site business meetings.
  
• Manage communication between sales, production, and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
  
• Travel internationally (Europe/Germany and other regions) for exhibitions, client meetings, or business expansion.
  
• Represent the company in trade shows and client visits with professionalism.
  
• Support the sales head in market research, competitor analysis, and business development planning.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in

  English

  (knowledge of German language is an added advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
  
• Proficient in

  MS Office, Email Management, CRM Tools, and Business Communication.

• Good understanding of export documentation and international trade terms (Incoterms, freight, etc.).
  
• Willingness to travel abroad for business purposes.
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  

Preferred Qualification & Experience:

• MBA in Marketing / International Business.

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in an international sales coordination or export role (preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry).
