We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing client communications, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales support, CRM management, and coordination with internal teams to drive sales efficiency.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Assist the sales team with lead tracking, proposal preparation, and client follow-ups.
· Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, and logistics) to ensure smooth order processing.
· Maintain and update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales activities. To take the measurement from the site engineer
· Prepare and manage sales reports, quotations, and purchase orders.
· Ensure timely documentation of agreements, contracts, and invoices.
· Maintain an organized database of clients, prospects, and key contacts.
· Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing queries and coordinating meetings.
· Follow up with clients on pending quotations, order confirmations, and payment updates.
· Assist in scheduling product demos, webinars, and client presentations.
·Work with the logistics team to track shipments and delivery timelines.
· Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice generation and payment follow-ups.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills required:
· Experience in the IT/networking industry is a plus.
· Knowledge of invoicing and basic sales documentation processes.
Experience Requirements:
· 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or a similar role.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
