As a Client Onboarding Coordinator, your role involves coordinating the client onboarding process in collaboration with internal teams. You will be responsible for tracking and managing customer deliverables, timelines, and expectations. It is crucial to monitor customer satisfaction and flag potential issues early to ensure a positive experience. Additionally, you will be required to document and maintain customer records and action items, as well as liaise with technical teams to resolve post-sale support requests.
