Job Description

As a Client Onboarding Coordinator, your role involves coordinating the client onboarding process in collaboration with internal teams. You will be responsible for tracking and managing customer deliverables, timelines, and expectations. It is crucial to monitor customer satisfaction and flag potential issues early to ensure a positive experience. Additionally, you will be required to document and maintain customer records and action items, as well as liaise with technical teams to resolve post-sale support requests. Preparation and management of quotations, sales orders, and invoices also fall under your purview. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with internal departments like accounts, business development, and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment. - Maintain and update customer data and deal progress in CRM systems. - Support the front-end sales team with documentation, data analysis, and reports.
