SALES COORDINATOR - CLOUD SERVICES

As a Client Onboarding Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the client onboarding process in collaboration with internal teams. You will be tasked with tracking and managing customer deliverables, timelines, and expectations, ensuring smooth order fulfillment by coordinating with internal departments like accounts, business development, and operations. Monitoring customer satisfaction and flagging potential issues early will also be a key part of your role. In this role, you will be required to liaise with technical teams to resolve post-sale support requests and support the front-end sales team with documentation, data analysis, and reports. Maintaining and updating customer data and deal progress in CRM systems will be essential to ensure effective communication and record-keeping. Additionally, you will assist in preparing and managing quotations, sales orders, and invoices, as well as back-end documentation such as NDAs, contracts, and product information sheets. Your attention to detail and ability to document and maintain customer records, action items will be crucial for successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
