Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound calls from customers and respond to their queries professionally.
Manage inquiries from various social media channels and forward them to the relevant departments.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Provide excellent customer support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is expected.
Experience in handling inbound calls and managing customer inquiries.
Must be a female resident of Gurgaon.
Location: Sector-105, Gurgaon.
