Sales Coordinator & Business Development Executive Middle East Region (Female Candidate)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a female Sales Coordinator & Business Development Executive with solid experience in the EOT Overhead crane manufacturing or capital equipment industry and strong knowledge of the Middle East Industrial market.

The role involves handling international client coordination, assist in preparation of technical-commercial offers, managing export documentation, and developing new business opportunities in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for coordination between Sales, Design, Purchase, Production, and Accounts teams.
  • Prepare and follow up on technical & commercial quotations, order confirmations, and export documentation.
  • Manage client communication, track orders, and ensure timely delivery and support.
  • Handling entire export documents- LC documentation, invoices, packing lists, and export dispatch coordination.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Middle East market (B2B / Industrial clients).
  • Conduct market research, lead generation, and competitor analysis for regional sales growth.
  • Assist in proposal preparation, sales presentations, and trade exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with finance team for payment follow-ups and outstanding tracking.
  • Deputation, tracking and closely monitoring entire Sales team on daily basis.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Female candidate with +15 years of experience in sales coordination or business development.

Background in crane manufacturing, material handling, heavy equipment, or CAPEX industry.

Strong understanding of Middle East markets, clients, and export processes.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.

Knowledge of Incoterms, LC documentation, and export logistics preferred.

Fluent in English.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or International Business.
