The ideal candidate will have a solid background in industrial sales, especially in material handling equipment or cranes, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role involves client relationship management, technical sales, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions. Manage the complete sales cycle independently from lead generation, client meetings, techno-commercial discussions, order finalization to payment recovery. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable crane solutions. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the engineering team. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends. Provide inputs for sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning. Coordinate with production, design, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong technical understanding of industrial cranes and material handling systems. Proven ability to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in preparing and interpreting technical and commercial proposals. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred). MBA in Marketing or equivalent (optional but advantageous).
