We are looking for a trusted business associate officer - who will work directly with the Managing Director in managing and growing businesses across India and overseas.
The role requires not only strong business acumen but also the ability to act as a confidential advisor, decision-making partner, and motivational companion.
The ideal candidate should have excellent judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide strategic insights as well as emotional and professional support to the MD in high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the MD in developing and executing domestic and overseas business strategies.
Act as a sounding board and confidential advisor, giving strong opinions and suggestions on business decisions.
Support in client discussions, negotiations, and strategic planning.
Assist in recruitment and people selection, offering insights and judgment in building high-performance teams.
Maintain a confidential channel of communication, safeguarding sensitive company and personal business details.
Provide emotional support and motivation to the MD during high-pressure or challenging times.
Help manage stress and provide positive energy, encouragement, and clarity in decision-making.
Act as a business development companion, always looking for opportunities, solutions, and growth paths.
Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Management, International Business, or related fields.
10+ years experience in business development, strategy, or executive support roles.- domestic and overseas business
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to think independently and give strong opinions.
High level of confidentiality, loyalty, and discretion.
Strong analytical and decision-making ability.
Flexible for travel (domestic & international).
