Aprexo Global Enterprises is a reputed Furniture Manufacturing Company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team and support our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and Followup on sales leads provided by the company (no cold calling).
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide accurate product details.
• Work closely with the internal team to prepare quotations and process orders.
• Maintain organized records of inquiries, leads, and follow-ups in Excel.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and the company for timely order execution.
• Provide excellent customer support to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Prior experience in sales coordination, customer service, or Telecalling is an advantage. Freshers are most Welcomed.
• Strong Communication Skills in English and local Language
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Email, WhatsApp.
• Ability to multitask, Stay organized, Coordinate with Team.
