The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales and marketing team. The role involves maintaining contract updates, managing CRM data, coordinating team activities and ensuring accurate financial tracking. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized and proficient in handling sales operations efficiently and prior experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce is highly desirable
Provide month-end invoicing support to ensure accurate calculation of extra hours, team sizes, software invoicing and buffer handling.
Prepare and deliver weekly status reports to the Sales and Marketing Director and the wider sales team, highlighting key updates, risks, and progress
