As a Sales Conversion Specialist in the Sales & Business Development department at our company located in Najafgarh, New Delhi-110043, your main responsibilities will include: Lead Nurturing and Qualification: You will be engaging with inbound leads from various channels such as website inquiries, social media, email campaigns, and referrals. Your role will involve qualifying leads based on their business needs, project scope, and budget, as well as identifying key decision-makers and establishing rapport with them. Proposal Creation and Customization: Understanding client requirements for website development and digital marketing services will be crucial. You will work closely with internal teams to craft customized proposals that outline strategies, deliverables, timelines, and costs. Effective Sales Meetings and Pitches: Conducting virtual or in-person meetings to present proposals, demonstrate capabilities, and address client queries will be a key part of your role. Building trust and establishing our company as a strategic partner for the clients" digital transformation journey will be crucial for success. Negotiation and Deal Closure: You will be responsible for negotiating contracts and pricing to create win-win solutions while ensuring alignment with our profitability targets. Overcoming objections and instilling confidence in clients to proceed with the project will be essential. Ensuring timely closure of deals to meet sales targets is a key aspect of this role. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintaining an updated CRM system with all sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions is imperative. Your role will involve monitoring and managing the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and closures. Collaboration and Handover: Working closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure a smooth handover of new clients and alignment of deliverables is crucial. Ensuring that clients" expectations are clearly communicated to internal teams for flawless execution will be a key responsibility. Client Relationship Building: Fostering strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals will be a vital part of your role.
