Sales Conversion Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Lead Conversion Specialist to join our team in Mohali. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing qualified leads, understanding client requirements, and converting prospects into paying customers. You will manage the entire sales conversion cycle and play a key role in driving revenue growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage with qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Nurture and build trust with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
• Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable IT/software solutions.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Track conversion metrics (open rates, replies, conversions, closures).
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve strategies.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in lead conversion, inside sales, or business development.
• Preference for candidates with experience in an IT company or software/tech domain.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with email marketing, outreach tools, and CRM systems.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
