Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion & Client Support: Respond to inquiries via email/phone, understand client needs, recommend suitable programs, and assist with registration. Empathetic Sales Approach: Build trust, provide tailored solutions, and convert leads while maintaining a non-aggressive sales style. Health Information Management: Handle client health records with care, ensuring privacy compliance. Client Onboarding & Communication: Guide clients through onboarding, ensure smooth transitions, and provide ongoing support. Reporting & Collaboration: Track sales metrics, provide insights, and work with internal teams to enhance processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Healthcare, or a related field. 3+ years in sales, preferably in healthcare/wellness.
