Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Sales Consultant and drive sales growth by engaging potential customers and promoting Tata cars. You will be responsible for executing field campaigns, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for automobiles, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute field campaigns and lead generation activities to identify sales opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and engage potential customers to promote Tata cars effectively.
• Track and update sales opportunities in the Dealer Management System (DMS) accurately.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, test drives, and closing of sales leads to meet targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for vehicle delivery processes.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Any Degree or Diploma is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers.
• A strong passion for automobiles and customer engagement.
• A target-driven mindset with a proven ability to follow up on leads.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

• Strong understanding of the automotive market and customer needs.
• Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
