Sales Consultant

Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM 5:30 PM)

Academic Qualification: Any Graduate

Preferred Experience: 1+ year in Inside Sales or Consultative Sales.

Experience in leadgeneration, performance marketing, analytics, or education products is a plus.

Compensation: Base Salary + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle Inbound Leads Call leads who filled applications or reached out via social media DMs. Understand their challenges and qualify them for the program.

2. Appointment Setting & Follow-up Generate ~60 live calls/month (~3/day). Achieve a minimum 30% closing ratio on set appointments. Follow up to ensure attendance.

3. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with Senior Sales Consultants for smooth handovers. Update CRM regularly.

4. Continuous Development Participate in daily ops meetings & end-of-day reports. Train on advanced sales and business knowledge.

KPIs / Outcomes

Rs 50 Lakhs + GST in new business revenue monthly (7 8 units sold).
