Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Delhi, India. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing investment advisory and real estate consultancy services to clients. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Consultant will also be involved in networking and building long-term relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads provided by the marketing team.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Conduct

  property site visits

  with clients and explain project details.
• Build and maintain client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Negotiate and finalize deals with interested buyers.
• Ensure smooth documentation and transaction closure.
• Stay updated on

  new projects, property prices, and market trends

• Provide timely feedback and reporting to the sales manager.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly

  sales targets

• Represent the company professionally in client meetings and property exhibitions.

Qualifications

• 12th Pass / Graduate

  (any stream)
• 0–2 years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred, not mandatory)
• Fluent in English
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Based in

  West Delhi (Dwarka preferred)
