Role Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound/outbound leads with confident communication and strong persuasion.
  • Explain breeds, pricing, care needs, and Puppiezo’s value clearly and fluently.
  • Drive end-to-end customer experience with proactive follow-ups and zero delays.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track conversions, and meet weekly/monthly targets.
  • Learn quickly, adapt to new processes, and execute.

  • Go-getter attitude with strong accountability
  • Loves pets and is comfortable handling them
  • Should be able to achieve targets on
