Role Description

This is a remote internship opportunity for a Sales Consultant role. The Sales Consultant will engage with potential learners to identify their needs, provide tailored consulting on tech courses, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing customer relationships, advising on course options, and maintaining high-quality communication to assist learners in taking the first step toward achieving their career goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to effectively guide potential clients.
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build trust and lasting relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills to convey information clearly and address client queries.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time efficiently.
• Previous experience in sales or education technology is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
