Understand the customer's needs and recommend the most appropriate vehicle features, financing options, and after-sales services. Conduct test drives, showcase product knowledge, and deliver engaging product demonstrations. Manage the end-to-end sales process including pricing, negotiations, paperwork, and delivery coordination. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the finance, service, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide Kannada‑language support and customer engagement to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Essential QualificationsFluency in Kannada (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Prior experience in automobile sales (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to work effectively as an immediate joiner, quickly adapting to onboarding and training processes.
