Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located across Hyderabad. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, offering suitable vehicle options, conducting test drives, and assisting with the completion of the sales process. Additional tasks include following up with potential leads, maintaining customer records, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong customer service skills
• Adept at understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate vehicles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
