Job Description

We are hiring experienced candidates for the role of Sales Consultant in an international voice process. The position is ideal for individuals with a background in international BPO sales and strong communication skills. candidate should have good accent in english and comfortable with night shifts (US). Roles and Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to international customers to promote products or services Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions Convert potential leads into confirmed sales while meeting monthly targets Maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth follow-ups Salary and Benefits: CTC: 30,000 to 45,000 per month Uncapped performance-based incentives Cab allowance of 3,000 - 4,000 based on distance (within 30 km)
