Job Description

Customer Support Executive A. Inbound Process – Roles and Responsibilities • Handle incoming customer calls and queries related to Samsung products • Provide product information and support to ensure high customer satisfaction B. Outbound Process – Roles and Responsibilities • Call potential customers to promote Samsung products and convert leads into sales • Follow up with existing customers to upsell or resolve any pending concerns C. Video Promoter – Roles and Responsibilities • Promote and sell Samsung products virtually through video presentations • Build strong relationships with customers and help them choose the best tech solutions Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 CTC Shift: Females: 8 AM – 8 PM (Day shift) Males: Rotational (24×7) Working Hours :- 9 Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon Working Days: 5 days/week | 2 rotational offs Perks: Attractive incentives
