Job Description

The selected intern will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients in educational institutions, corporate training departments, and HR development sectors. You will conduct discovery calls to understand prospect challenges and align them with our solutions. Your role will involve creating compelling, tailored solution presentations for Services and Solutions, developing and managing sales pipeline across assigned territories and sectors, and collaborating with senior team members on complex proposals and presentations. You will navigate the decision-making process within educational institutions and corporate environments, build relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers, and track all activities while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. Meeting or exceeding quarterly business development targets is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns for services and products, create and deliver product demonstrations at industry events and webinars, and contribute content for case studies, success stories, and solution briefs. Representing ThoughtJumper at education technology conferences and networking events, gathering market intelligence and competitor information, providing feedback on messaging effectiveness and prospect responses, and supporting social media initiatives related to ProfileIQ and ProfilED are also part of your responsibilities.
