Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant with 24 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in CRM/HR Tech). The role involves driving end-to-end sales, from lead generation to deal closure, and building strong relationships with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales cycle: lead generation to closure.
  
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  
• Conduct product demos and present value propositions.
  
• Build relationships with HR and TA decision-makers.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on go-to-market strategies.
  
• Track and maintain sales pipeline using CRM.
  

Requirements:

• Proven B2B sales experience (SaaS, CRM, HR Tech preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of recruitment/assessment tools.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  
• Customer-first, solution-selling mindset.
  
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
