Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Consultant with proven experience in B2B sales and sales team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B business opportunities across assigned industries or regions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals, presentations, and solutions.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.

3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Monitor team KPIs, track progress, and implement improvement plans where needed.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture with accountability and collaboration.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and business insights for management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on sales strategies and client needs.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Retail/FMCG/consulting, or related industries.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales team management experience.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
