Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant, based in Chennai. The Sales Consultant will engage with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that align with their goals. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, delivering high-quality customer service, facilitating client interactions, and guiding clients through the sales process. The role also involves explaining the company’s unique value proposition, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in handling Escrow and understanding Title Insurance processes
• Ability to deliver Training sessions and educate clients about service offerings
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Problem-solving abilities and a client-centric mindset
• Proficiency in tools and software relevant to client management and sales processes
• Previous experience in a client-facing or sales role is an advantage
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, high-performance environment
