Hiring for a Client (The employer in the business of Consumer Loans Lending business).


Role Description

  • Sales Coach, will provide personalized coaching and feedback to Call center employees to enhance individual performance, especially focusing on poor performers to elevate team capability.
  • The Sales Coach will also work closely with the Sales Trainer to provide vital support in quality assurance, cross-departmental coordination, performance tracking, compliance, and reporting related to sales training programs.
  • This role is focused on the sales training domain, ensuring that training initiatives are high-quality, well-implemented, thoroughly documented, and support the ongoing development of the sales team

Qualifications/ Ideal Profile:
