Company Description Hiring for a Client ( The employer in the business of Consumer Loans Lending business ). Role Description Sales Coach, will provide personalized coaching and feedback to Call center employees to enhance individual performance, especially focusing on poor performers to elevate team capability. The Sales Coach will also work closely with the Sales Trainer to provide vital support in quality assurance, cross-departmental coordination, performance tracking, compliance, and reporting related to sales training programs. This role is focused on the sales training domain, ensuring that training initiatives are high-quality, well-implemented, thoroughly documented, and support the ongoing development of the sales team Key Responsibilities (short): Coaching Call Center employees Quality Assurance Performance Tracking Compliance & Documentation Regular Reports & MIS Training Coordination & Support Qualifications/ Ideal Profile: MBA/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field with 3–7 years’ experience in Call Center Coaching, Sales Training Coordination or related roles.
