Role & Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth sales and product training for showroom teams Ensure all staff are updated with latest Tata Motors product knowledge Travel to multiple JP Motors branches across Himachal Pradesh for on-ground coaching Analyze team performance and provide feedback to improve customer handling and conversions Develop training modules for new and existing staff Monitor sales techniques and guide improvement initiatives Act as a mentor and motivator for the sales force Preferred Candidate Profile: 3 to 7 years of experience in automobile sales or training (preferably Tata vehicles) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of sales performance or coaching in the automotive industry Strong presentation and leadership abilities Willingness to travel extensively within Himachal Pradesh Knowledge of regional customer behavior is a plus
