The role involves assisting in day-to-day sales operations, client coordination, and reporting activities to ensure smooth business processes and customer satisfaction. · Assist the sales team with client communication, follow-ups, and order coordination. · Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents. · Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. · Support in preparing MIS reports, presentations, and sales performance trackers. · Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Accounts, etc.) for service delivery. · Handle basic client queries and escalate issues when required · Contribute to achieving sales targets by providing timely support to the sales team. Desired Candidate Profile:·         Education: Graduate in Business Administration / Commerce / Marketing (preferred).  Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role, preferably in the logistics, transport, or infrastructure sector.   Skills: 1.     Strong verbal and written communication. 2.     Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 3.     Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service. 4.     Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
