Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team. The role involves assisting in day-to-day sales operations, client coordination, and reporting activities to ensure smooth business processes and customer satisfaction. · Assist the sales team with client communication, follow-ups, and order coordination. · Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents. · Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. · Support in preparing MIS reports, presentations, and sales performance trackers. · Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Accounts, etc.) for service delivery. · Handle basic client queries and escalate issues when required · Contribute to achieving sales targets by providing timely support to the sales team. Desired Candidate Profile:· Education: Graduate in Business Administration / Commerce / Marketing (preferred). Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role, preferably in the logistics, transport, or infrastructure sector. Skills: 1. Strong verbal and written communication. 2. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 3. Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Role & responsibilities Identify and track new tenders through online portals, newspapers, and other sources. Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, and scope of work carefully. Prepare and compile all required documents for tender submission. Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Legal, etc.) for necessary inputs. Ensure timely submission of tenders both online and offline. Maintain proper documentation and records of all submitted tenders. Monitor tender results and follow up with authorities/clients. Prepare MIS reports related to tenders and submissions. Maintain and renew vendor registrations with government/private portals. Assist management in pricing strategy, quotations, and negotiation support Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred). Minimum 8-10 years of experience in tendering/documentation
