Sales Co-ordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The sales coordinator's responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction. To be a successful sales coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Job Description Coordination with sales department and take weekly supply report. Coordination with production team for production planning. Quality and Dispatches. Sending Inventory report to the management daily. Following up and coordinating with sales team, logistic, dispatch team, etc. Responsible to liaise between various departments and to resolve clients’ needs, save costs and time restraints. Responsible for timely dispatch. MIS Report on monthly and weekly basis. Daily coordination with Sales Teams, and Service Teams by managing schedules, filling important documents and updating relevant information. Only female candidates required.
