Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, invoices, and follow-ups.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
  • Customer-focused and process-driven.
  • Coordinate with customers for queries, documentation, and delivery updates.
  • Maintain sales data, trackers, and dashboards with accuracy.
  • Support lead management, client communication, and appointment scheduling.
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations for timely order fulfilment.
  • Prepare MIS reports, sales summaries, and monthly performance updates.
  • Ensure proper documentation, contract files, and CRM entries.
  • Assist in after-sales support and follow through on pending tasks.
