Lab Assistant / Lab Incharge Textile Testing

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting TEXTILE testing and analysis according to industry standards. As part of your role, you will manage day-to-day lab operations, ensuring the maintenance of testing equipment, accuracy, documentation, and compliance with QA processes. Additionally, you will prepare reports, maintain records, and support audit requirements. Collaboration with production, QA, and R&D teams to resolve issues will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be in charge of ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and calibration of lab instruments. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct TEXTILE testing and analysis following industry standards - Manage day-to-day lab operations and maintain testing equipment - Ensure accuracy, documentation, and compliance with QA processes - Prepare reports, maintain records, and support audit requirements - Collaborate with production, QA, and R&D teams to resolve issues - Ensure safety, cleanliness, and calibration of lab instruments Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in Textile testing - Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology or related field - 13+ years of relevant lab experience preferred - In-depth understanding of lab instruments, protocols, and standards - Strong quality assurance mindset - Good communication and coordination skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,
