Role Overview: As a Sales Coordinator at the manufacturing unit specializing in swimming pool equipment, your primary role will be to coordinate sales activities, manage client communication, and support the sales team in daily operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely order processing by coordinating with clients and internal sales teams, handling inquiries via phone and email, providing product-related information, and utilizing B2B portals for lead generation and follow-ups. Additionally, maintaining records of customer interactions, sales, and leads, following up with potential clients for business development, and assisting in preparing sales reports and documentation will be crucial aspects of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with clients and internal sales teams for timely order processing. - Handle inquiries via phone and email, and provide product-related information. - Utilize B2B portals for lead generation, follow-ups, and product listing. - Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and leads. - Follow up with potential clients for business development. - Assist in preparing sales reports and documentation. Qualifications Required: - Good knowledge of B2B portals (e.g., IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Prior experience in telesales or inside sales. - Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling). - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
