Sales Closure

As a Sales Closure at our company located in Shree Gopal Complex, Kutchery road, Ranchi, you will play a crucial role in generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Your excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills will be key to your success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet individual and team sales goals. - Identify potential clients, create leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers. - Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. - Conduct engaging presentations, product demos, and negotiate sales agreements. - Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, customer engagements, and follow-up actions. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high customer satisfaction and service excellence. - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Demonstrated experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. - Proficiency in working independently and as part of a team. - Goal-driven mindset with robust negotiation and closing capabilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
