Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Closure to join our team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.

* Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

* Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate sales deals.

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

* Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Target-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
