About the job:

1. Lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to drive new business for the company

2. Build and maintain strong relationships through effective communication

3. Think critically while planning and executing business strategies

4. Demonstrate the ability to execute specific strategies effectively

5. Focus on mobile marketing initiatives and branding efforts

Responsibilities:

1. Develop new partnership opportunities and build relationships to grow the business

2. Manage and maintain existing clients and partners

3. Think strategically while planning and executing projects for successful results

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience

2. 2–4 years of international sales experience in the affiliate marketing industry

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4. Proven ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies

5. Highly focused, goal-oriented, and performance-driven

6. Experience working with international markets, especially LATAM, SEA, Russia, Vietnam, and UAE geographies

7. Strong understanding of pricing models: CPA, CPM, CPC, CPT, CPR, CPI, and Branding

8. Hands-on experience managing campaigns across key verticals including Entertainment, Shopping, Finance, Gaming, Insurance, Banking, BFSI, Crypto, and Utilities
