Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for a Sales Business Development Manager . The role involves developing new business, planning and executing business strategies, negotiating contracts, managing accounts, and driving sales for Organization's workspace solutions and services. The key responsibilities include ● Generate set revenue and help attain targeted Gross Margin ● Required to develop a large are - an entire state or more ● Generate Potential leads on clients and properties ● Qualify leads, meet prospects and close the deals to increase revenue. ● Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects. ● Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers. ● Develop & maintain a healthy and strong relationship with intermediaries in the market ● Search and obtain suitable spaces to add to our inventory ● Ensure sales of existing inventories in the region. ● Maintaining and sharing MIS on a weekly basis. Qualifications ● At least 8 plus years of experience ● Experience in new business development, sales, and account management ● Ability to develop and execute business plans and strategies ● Strong negotiation skills for contracts and partnerships ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets ● Experience in the real estate, hospitality, or coworking industry is a plus ● A degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
