Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Responsibilities also include preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The individual will also be required to stay updated on market trends and generate strategies for business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and contract negotiation
• Proficiency in marketing strategies and market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively
• Proven experience in working within the manufacturing, steel, or industrial sector is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet sales and project deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant field
