You are a dynamic and motivated professional in Business Development, Client Servicing & Operations at kristalball, a pioneering startup revolutionizing alcohol inventory management for the hospitality industry using AI, Machine Learning, and IoT. As a key member of the team, you have the chance to contribute to a high-growth company introducing innovative products to the market. - **New Customer Acquisition**: - Identify new customer leads through various sales channels. - Develop an effective sales and marketing outreach plan for lead conversions. - Conduct engaging product demos for high demo conversion ratios. - Establish multiple distribution channels and growth partners. - Analyze the competitive landscape to keep kristalball ahead in the market. - **Account Management**: - Ensure successful kristalball deployment, training, and maintenance. - Provide excellent customer service with prompt issue resolution. - Track client metrics and prepare insights for consultations, aiding in product development. - Drive the usage of relevant product features among client stakeholders. - **Marketing & Communication**: - Create marketing collaterals and channels for client acquisition, retention, and awareness. - Update product user manuals for enhanced customer onboarding and training. - Generate marketing opportunities and ensure customer delight in interactions. - Plan, execute, and communicate on sales and customer retention deliverables effectively. - **Research & Innovation**: - Contribute to new innovations through research and recommendations. - Align evolving customer needs with the product journey. - Cultivate a culture of innovation at kristalball. **Qualifications Required**: - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Commerce, Hotel Management, or Engineering. - Previous experience in startups, hospitality sales, or SAAS/Product B2B sales is advantageous. - Multilingual proficiency with knowledge of local languages like Kannada and Hindi is a plus. - Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Google Docs, etc. If you are a problem solver, communicator, team collaborator, detail-oriented, executor, continuous learner, and embody ownership & reliability, then this role at kristalball is the perfect opportunity for you to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.,
