Sales / Business Development Executive

As a Sales Representative, your role is vital in driving sales by directly interacting with customers at the front end. You will need to understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services while building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets is key, along with providing excellent customer service and promptly resolving any issues that may arise. It is essential to stay updated on products, services, and market trends and regularly report on sales activity, performance, and customer feedback to the management. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales through direct customer interaction at the front end. - Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services. - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and market trends. - Regularly report on sales activity, performance, and customer feedback to the management. Qualifications: - Proven experience in front-end sales or customer-facing roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to engage with customers and close deals effectively. - Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting sales targets. - Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude. - Preference for candidates with experience in healthcare sales (non-pharma), medical devices, or similar industries. Qualifications: - 3+ years of healthcare sales experience (medical devices or consumables preferred). - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
