Sales / Business Development Executive

The primary responsibility of the role is to drive sales by engaging with customers directly at the front end. You will be required to understand the needs of customers and recommend suitable products or services. Building and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing clients is crucial to success in this position. Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets will be a key performance indicator. In addition to sales activities, providing exceptional customer service and efficiently resolving any issues that may arise are essential aspects of the role. It is important to stay informed about the latest products, services, and market trends. Regular reporting on sales performance, customer feedback, and overall sales activities will be expected by the management. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in front-end sales or customer-facing roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effectively engaging with customers and closing deals. Being goal-oriented, proactive, and maintaining a positive attitude are qualities that will contribute to achieving sales targets. Candidates with experience in healthcare sales, particularly in non-pharma, medical devices, or related industries, will be preferred. Minimum qualifications for this position include at least 3 years of healthcare sales experience, with a preference for experience in medical devices or consumables. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. This is a full-time position that offers health insurance coverage. The compensation package includes a performance bonus and a quarterly bonus.
