Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development professional, located in Jalna. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and generating leads to enhance the company's growth. The candidate will engage with potential clients, build relationships, deliver sales presentations, and provide top-notch customer service throughout the sales cycle. Additional responsibilities may include developing sales strategies and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Analytical and Market Research skills to identify and understand customer needs and industry trends
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation to discover and convert potential opportunities into successful partnerships
  • Time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer relations is an advantage
