Sales - Biomedical

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales operations for assigned territory (Hospitals, Diagnostics, Clinics, Biomedical Departments).
• Drive business growth for biomedical equipment, instruments, consumables, and solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Handle key accounts and build strong long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct high-level product presentations, technical demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Identify new business opportunities, tender requirements, and institutional sales prospects.
• Mentor and support junior sales team members (if applicable).
• Manage negotiation, pricing, and order finalization with purchase departments.
• Coordinate with service, logistics, and technical teams for seamless delivery/installation.
• Prepare MIS, sales forecast reports, competitor analysis, and market insights.
• Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–10 years of experience in medical device/biomedical sales.
• Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
• Strong understanding of biomedical equipment (ICU devices, patient monitoring, lab instruments, etc.).
• Excellent client relationship and territory management skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to travel frequently and manage field operations independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
