Sales - Biomedical

As a Sales Operations Manager, your role involves leading sales operations for the assigned territory, including Hospitals, Diagnostics, Clinics, and Biomedical Departments. Your key responsibilities include: - Driving business growth for biomedical equipment, instruments, consumables, and solutions. - Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. - Handling key accounts and building strong long-term customer relationships. - Conducting high-level product presentations, technical demonstrations, and training sessions. - Identifying new business opportunities, tender requirements, and institutional sales prospects. - Mentoring and supporting junior sales team members (if applicable). - Managing negotiation, pricing, and order finalization with purchase departments. - Coordinating with service, logistics, and technical teams for seamless delivery/installation. - Preparing MIS, sales forecast reports, competitor analysis, and market insights. - Participating in conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events. Qualifications required for this role: - 6-10 years of experience in medical device/biomedical sales. - Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets. - Strong understanding of biomedical equipment such as ICU devices, patient monitoring, and lab instruments. - Excellent client relationship and territory management skills. - Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making abilities. - Ability to travel frequently and manage field operations independently.
