Role Overview

• We’re hiring a dynamic Sales & Bidding Specialist who can lead from the front, somebody who understands online bidding, drives a sales pipeline with discipline, and delivers revenue with confidence.
• You’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle, set targets, and ensure consistent month-on-month growth..

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage online bidding on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar portals.
• Own the lead-to-close process: prospecting, qualification, proposal writing, negotiation, and closure.
• Build and maintain a healthy client acquisition pipeline; conduct regular pipeline reviews.
• Develop data-driven sales strategies to meet KPIs (win rate, AOV, cycle time, retention).
• Track, measure, and report performance using CRM dashboards and weekly reviews.
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align proposals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Run regular sales stand-ups, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales + online bidding for digital marketing or IT services.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, client acquisition, and negotiation.
• Excellent written & verbal communication, proposal and SOW writing skills a plus.
• Comfortable working with CRMs, bidding portals, and performance dashboards.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to take quick corrective actions.

Nice-to-Have

• The role requires strong bidding expertise in SEO, SMO, PPC, and other digital marketing domains
• Ability to create lead magnets and design nurture/retention sequences with marketing.
